Steve Bryant

Steve was born in Browning, Illinois. When he was in his early teens, his family
moved to Storm Lake, Iowa. He graduated from high school in 1971 and then
attended the Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, New York. While at the
academy, Steve sailed the Mediterranean, South America, Northern Europe, the
Great Lakes and the Mississippi River. After the academy, he worked in
Marshalltown, Iowa where he met his wife, El Jean. In 1983 the family moved to
Norcross, Georgia. Steve became a member of Lilburn Christian Church in
1991. He served as a deacon for seven years and taught adult Bible school
during that time. Steve and El Jean are charter members of Hamilton Mill
Christian Church. He was selected to serve as an elder at HMCC in 2007. Steve
is an Applications Engineer for Control Southern. Steve enjoys traveling with his
family and playing golf. He and El Jean have three daughters and one
granddaughter.

Danny Hanshew

Danny and his wife Sue are from West Virginia and moved to the Atlanta area in
1970. They began attending Lilburn Christian Church (LCC) in 1974 when the
congregation was still meeting in Berkmar High School. Shortly thereafter they
moved to Dallas Texas for a year and then returned to LCC before moving to
Oklahoma in the fall of 1977. They moved back to Lilburn in the fall of 1979
and Danny was baptized at LCC in February 1980. At LCC Danny served as a
deacon for four years and then as an elder for eight years before transferring to
HMCC. Danny is a Senior Project Manager for Gainesville Mechanical, Inc. His
outside interests include outdoor activities such as fishing and hunting, and
spending time with grandchildren. Danny and Sue have three children, two
daughters and a son.

Charles Taylor

Charles and his wife Charlene are from East Tennessee. He became a member
in the Christian Church in 1963. Charles spent four years in the US Air Force,
and then obtained an undergraduate degree in accounting and a graduate
degree in public administration. He moved to Atlanta to work with the General
Accounting Office (GAO) managing audits. He retired after 35 years with the
GAO and five years as a private contractor. Charles and Charlene were members
at Mount Carmel and the Tucker Christian Churches before joining four other
families in 1972 to launch the Lilburn congregation. At Tucker he was a deacon,
Church Treasurer and Bible School superintendent. He was one of the first two
elders at LCC where he taught youth and adult Bible classes. Charles enjoys
traveling and gardening. He has been to every state, except North Dakota, and
has traveled to several countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. He grows a variety
of garden vegetables, fruit trees, and grape and berry vines. He and Charlene
have two children, a son who lives in Seattle and a daughter who lives in West
Palm Beach.

Ray Zwemke

Christian Church. He and Judy were married in 1965 and they have three
children, Jamie, Rod and Ryan. After graduating from the University of Iowa with
a degree in Business Administration he served two years in the US Army. Ray
worked for St Paul Insurance Company in Commercial Underwriting for 30 years
in various locations until he retired in December 2002. He and his family moved
to the Atlanta area in 1986 and shortly thereafter they joined the Lilburn
Christian Church (LCC). At LCC, Ray served as a deacon for about 10 years
where he was the ministry leader for the Fellowship Team. Ray also coordinated
the insurance needs for the church. In 2001, Ray was selected to serve as an
elder at LCC and he continued serving as an elder at Hamilton Mill Christian
Church when HMCC was established. He has facilitated a Small Group Bible
Study in his home for several years. Ray enjoys many different sports, coaching
youth basketball, and mentoring middle school students. He also enjoys
helping his children with home improvement projects, but his favorite time is
